Responsibilities
Execute and manage SOC audit engagements
Review systems for compliance with various frameworks
Support client organizations in achieving their assurance goals
Drafting financial reports
Assessing internal controls
Conducting risk assessments
Providing expert consultation to clients on regulatory and compliance matters
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored and measurable solutions to clients
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in SOC 2 examinations, including planning, walkthroughs, control testing, and report drafting
Solid background in IT auditing and assurance, with a working understanding of how technology, systems, and controls support financial reporting and operational objectives
Demonstrated analytical and risk assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate complex IT environments and translate findings into clear, actionable conclusions
Experience in a public accounting or national firm environment (e.g., large regional or Big 4) is highly valued
Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or similar assurance and security standards
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required
Preferred
Proficiency with modern SOC and compliance platforms (e.g., Vanta, Secureframe, Drata, or similar tools) is a plus
