Responsibilities
Work with a project team to develop software in an Agile development environment
Participate in the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing
Build enhancements to existing underwriting and claims applications
Qualification
Required
Pursuit of bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, or related disciplines
College-level experience with software development languages like Java, C/C++, Python, or others
Experience with business tools like Windows, Microsoft Office, Visio, or similar
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, willing to try new things, fail fast mindset
Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented, ability to meet deadlines and contribute to team success
