Responsibilities
Operate turret trucks in narrow-aisle, high-reach warehouse environments
Pick, stage, and replenish inventory at various heights
Work efficiently in temperature-controlled or freezer environments
Use RF scanners, pick tickets, or WMS systems to track inventory
Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards, including PPE use
Maintain clean, organized aisles and work areas
Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced operation
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE TURRET TRUCK OPERATOR EXPERIENCE
Hands-on turret truck operator experience (required)
Comfortable working at elevated heights
Ability to work in cold storage or freezer environments (as low as -10°F)
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment for extended periods
Comfortable working at height and in cold temperatures
Preferred
Turret truck and/or forklift certification
Prior experience in high-volume or distribution center environments
Cold storage or freezer warehouse experience
