This role focuses on monitoring security systems, coordinating incident response, and performing audits and reporting.

Responsibilities
Monitor and support Access Control Systems (badging, alarms, door access)
Monitor CCTV / surveillance systems
Identify, document, and escalate unusual activity or incidents
Act as a first point of contact for asset protection incidents
Perform incident intake, documentation, escalation, and follow-up
Provide remote support to retail and supply-chain locations
Assist with critical incident response and command center operations
Perform facility and system audits as assigned
Review and analyze data and metrics (access logs, patrol data, incident trends)
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Provide phone and non-phone support to internal partners
Resolve issues using internal tools and standard operating procedures
Partner with Asset Protection, HR, Facilities, and other internal teams
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good time-management and prioritization skills
Strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Intermediate PC skills
Working knowledge of Windows OS
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Comfortable using multiple systems and web-based applications simultaneously
Ability to detect and evaluate unusual behavior or situations
Calm, professional, and detail-oriented under pressure
Task-oriented with basic project/task coordination abilities
Willingness to suggest process improvements
