The 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving Clerk will support the daily operations of the warehouse and shipping/receiving dock, handling incoming materials and outgoing finished goods while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming goods, trailers, and documentation
Store and organize raw materials and supplies according to food safety standards
Load, ship, and verify all outgoing finished goods orders
Set up FedEx, UPS, and customer shipments
Maintain FIFO rotation on all finished goods
Verify identification of all individuals entering the shipping/receiving dock
Complete and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork
Assist with month-end inventory counts and regular cycle counts
Alert supervisors to unsafe conditions or food safety issues
Support other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Certified forklift operator
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in warm environments
Strong math and record-keeping skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Preferred
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles preferred
Food manufacturing or SQF experience a plus
