Responsibilities

Installing, updating, maintaining and troubleshooting all necessary software products required to operate PC’s, workstations and servers
Providing support for the backup operations of the group 92 file servers
Troubleshooting network and network printing problems
Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks with minimum supervision

Qualification

Required

Accredited college coop program with at least one-year with a Computer Science background
At least one year of direct related software experience on PC's, workstations
Knowledgeable in the use of various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Apple and Unix) as well as application software products (Microsoft Office, McAfee Anti-virus)
Basic understanding of networking
Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision
Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance

Microsoft certification a plus
