Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users through the phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Assist with computer setup, configuration, and deployment
Help maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles
Support system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks
Participate in IT projects and special assignments as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar enterprise tools
