Mid LevelAmtex Systems Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Compensation Functional Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules. The consultant will work closely with clients to design, configure, and present compensation solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation
Set up and manage Grades, Grade Ladders, and Grade Steps
Configure compensation components and plans
Personalize pages using Visual Builder Express
Create simple reports using OTBI
Understand and address cross-module dependencies
Present solutions and designs to client stakeholders
Provide functional support and guidance
Travel as required
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
Hands-on expertise in Workforce Compensation module
Experience with Grades, Grade Ladders, and Grade Steps
OTBI reporting experience
Visual Builder Express personalization experience
Strong communication and client-facing skills
