Support the supervisor in meeting daily production goals and managing labor needs

Assist with employee training, onboarding, and coaching
Coordinate line setup/teardown and maintain organized work areas
Qualification
Required
At least one year of assembly line lead experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Able to follow written and spoken instructions provided in English
Comfortable standing throughout shift and lifting items weighing up to 35 lbs
Able to navigate basic computer software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays per need
