Responsibilities
Support daily communication with overseas and domestic factories
Track production timelines, samples, approvals, and bulk orders
Maintain and update production trackers, POs, and status documents
Coordinate sample shipments and follow-ups
Assist with fabric, trim, and packaging approvals
Help flag delays or issues and escalate as needed
Support quality checks, tagging coordination, and delivery timelines
Provide general production and operations support as needed
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in production, operations, or apparel coordination preferred
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Excellent written communication, especially with overseas partners
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and production trackers
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
