Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in retail sales, sales training, or a customer-facing sales role
Associates degree required, bachelors preferred
Experience training or coaching retail sales associates in features, benefits, and sales process
Comfortable with 75% travel within a defined territory, primarily local driving with occasional overnight stays
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle
