Associate Director, Finance Planning & Performance Management
Mondelēz International is focused on leading the future of snacking and is seeking an Associate Director for Finance Planning & Performance Management. In this role, you will support a senior director by preparing critical financial data and recommendations, manage finance planning processes, and ensure compliance while contributing to a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, enterprise level financial modeling and decision support for a Business unit. You will own data collection and verify data integrity
Lead the commercial finance area, focused on business partnering with our marketing and sales organization on critical innovation development, media spend management, mix analysis, trade spend management and customer level P&L
Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
Assist the wider business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions
Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required
10 or more years of experience in FP&A/Finance and Financial Modelling experience
Strong technical skills required (i.e., Excel modeling)
Strong analytical skills
Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders
Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams
Ability to manage tight deadlines
Self-starter
Preferred
MBA preferred
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred
Experience with Netsuite, SAP, Oracle Essbase preferred
