Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations

Innovative Insight Consulting LLC is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's merger and acquisition activities globally, involving the development and implementation of security strategies, conducting cyber security due diligence assessments, and executing security integration plans for acquired companies.

Responsibilities

Manage a comprehensive portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives across all deals, including pre-close and post-close phases managing relevant project workstreams and associated resources for effective utilization and application
Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies associated with cybersecurity integration programs and security risk reporting process oversight
Manage and maintain capability and 2 levels of executive-level reports on portfolio performance, with ongoing refinements to accommodate diversifying deal types
Establish and standardize A&D security administrative policies and common processes for post-close management (travel, scheduling, portfolio process, etc..)
Contribute and lead where required short-term and long-term planning, including business case development, resource planning, and onboarding activities for pre and post close, and deal security requirements
Provide guidance and development to the A&D team (to include resources contractors) and capability leads, particularly during adaptations to new operating models
Provide leadership and strategy around Deal Security initiatives (deal team and community of practice education, service offering marketing, and overall continued engagement to ensure complete and comprehensive coverage of cybersecurity in transactions for J&J)
Update and enhance cybersecurity integration playbooks based on lessons learned from prior initiatives and maintain relationship with overarching playbook governance
Track post-integration security performance and implement strategic adjustments as needed
Partner with JJT A&D and other A&D community of practice teams teams on process enhancements, including reporting, workflows, team collaboration, budget planning, and transition management
Serve as the integration lead for Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) divestiture post-close workstreams and build a capable and more effective operational support model
