Responsibilities
Oversee the entire PCB assembly process, including both SMT and through-hole components
Design and optimize SMT processes
Select appropriate materials and equipment for SMT
Ensure quality control and troubleshoot issues in the SMT process
Inspection of PCBA per IPC 610 standards
Troubleshooting circuit
Remove and apply conformal coating
Conduct soldering operations with precision
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in SMT and PCBA processes
Strong understanding of electronic component assembly and manufacturing
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Must be a US Citizen, Permanent US Resident, or currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without current or future employment sponsorship
