Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment lifecycle (full-desk / 360°), including:
Business development and client acquisition
Client intake and role briefing
Candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and interviews
Submission, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
Build and manage long-term client relationships within a clearly defined niche of the electronics industry
Proactively identify and engage qualified technical sales and customer-facing engineering professionals
Manage hiring processes end-to-end and guide both clients and candidates through decision-making and offer stages
Develop and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline rather than volume-driven recruiting
Work independently toward agreed performance goals with full accountability for results
Contribute market insight, feedback, and ideas to help shape the ongoing development of our U.S. business

Required

2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency environment, ideally in a full-desk / full-cycle role
Proven experience recruiting technical, engineering, or technical sales profiles; exposure to electronics-related roles is a strong advantage
Comfortable working in a sales-oriented role with revenue responsibility and variable compensation
Solid understanding of the U.S. recruitment market and customer expectations
Professional-level English communication skills, written and spoken
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Highly self-motivated, structured working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred

German language skills are a plus, but not required
