Responsibilities

Provides leadership for the development, implementation, and expansion of theranostic services
Integrates multidisciplinary teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives innovation in molecular imaging and targeted therapies
Collaborates with physician leaders, medical directors, and senior administrators to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining financial sustainability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Radiologic Sciences, Pharmacy, or healthcare related field
6 years of relevant experience

Preferred

Master's degree or MBA in Healthcare Management, Radiopharmacy, or similar field
2+ years of leadership or management experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Direct experience with theranostics or radiopharmaceutical therapies (e.g., Lu-177, Ga-68, I-131) is highly preferred
Certification/Licensure in one or more of the following preferred: CNMT, ARRT(N), Radiation Safety Officer (RSO), Nuclear Pharmacist, Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist OR Appropriate certifications for background and field of study
