Maintenance Engineer II

The Maintenance Engineer II is responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities
Creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices
Performing basic electrical, plumbing or other craft work to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or building elements in good working condition
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two or more years of experience with Mechanical Equipment and/or maintenance-related field required, preferably in a long-term care or housing setting
State of MN Special Class Boilers License required
Preferred
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license preferred. (East Campus Only)
