Own full payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely processing
Manage benefits administration and employee inquiries
Handle time and attendance management for production employees
Support ESST and MN Paid Leave administration and compliance
Partner with People Ops leadership to support process improvements and HR needs

Required

Strong payroll and benefits administration experience
UKG payroll/timekeeping experience required
Manufacturing or production workforce experience
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
