Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial baking ovens, proofers, mixers, dividers, and automated bakery-line equipment
3+ years of field service experience working with industrial machinery, food equipment, or automated system
Strong mechanical and electrical background with the ability to read schematics and work with PLC-controlled systems
Travel regionally throughout NYC, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey to support customer sites
Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and technical support to maintain consistent equipment performance
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate service reporting and reliable system operation

Required

$40/hr. – $50/hr. Depending on Experience plus full benefits, OT, annual bonus, profit sharing, PTO, paid travel
3+ years of field experience servicing industrial baking ovens and bakery-line equipment is required
Strong mechanical and electrical background, including schematics and PLC-driven systems
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial baking ovens, proofers, mixers, dividers, and automated bakery-line equipment
3+ years of field service experience working with industrial machinery, food equipment, or automated system
