Source new tenant prospects through canvassing and cold-calling
Field real estate broker and tenant calls
Arrange and conduct tours of suites with prospective retail tenants
Negotiate Letters of Intent and Brokerage Commission Agreements
Assist in-house lawyers with negotiation of retail lease documents
Assist in-house space planning and construction teams with tenant improvement planning process
Provide management with detailed weekly and monthly reports
Qualification
Required
A dynamic and results-oriented personality
Four-year college degree
California Real Estate Salesperson license
Minimum 5-years of successful track record in the retail leasing field
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
Confidence to work independently, yet within a highly collaborative environment
Knowledge of commercial retail leases and ability to prepare and present detailed financial analyses to evaluate transactions
