This role involves overseeing strategy, budgets, bids, and ad creative with a strong focus on ROI, growth, and experimentation.

Responsibilities
Own Microsoft & Google Ads strategy, including Search, Performance Max, Display, & YouTube
Drive scalable growth through continuous testing and optimization while maintaining efficiency targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV)
Manage and optimize monthly budgets, identifying opportunities to reallocate spend
Lead keyword strategy, bidding optimizations, targeting, and creative & landing page testing
Analyze performance trends, identify insights, and clearly communicate results
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track performance against KPIs
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and advancements within Google ads
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid search and Google Ads
Track record of managing & scaling high-budget media programs with measurable ROI
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform, bidding strategies, attribution models, and audience segmentation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, incrementality testing, and attribution modeling
Experience in high-growth, SaaS environments
Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization best practices
