Reviewing and drafting NDAs, vendor contracts, and legal documents
Managing contract lifecycles from start to signature and beyond
Supporting regulatory filings, license renewals, and corporate recordkeeping
Conducting legal research and due diligence
Coordinating meetings, filings, and day-to-day Legal Department operations
Helping build tools, templates, and internal processes that keep us running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a Bachelor's with a paralegal certificate (ABA-accredited)
1–2 years of paralegal experience (law firm or corporate legal department)
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and comfort juggling multiple deadlines
Professional discretion and a team-first mindset
