Draft sophisticated estate plans, trusts, wills, and advanced tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals
Handle probate, estate administration, and trust litigation with judicial-level insight
Advise on wealth transfer, charitable planning, and family business succession
Manage client relationships from planning through administration and dispute resolution
Collaborate on interdisciplinary matters involving corporate and real estate overlaps
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in New Jersey
Experience in Trusts & Estates law
Strong drafting skills for estate plans, trusts, and wills
Ability to handle probate and estate administration
Experience with trust litigation
Knowledge of wealth transfer and charitable planning
Strong client relationship management skills
Ability to collaborate on interdisciplinary matters
Preferred
Experience working in a collaborative legal environment
Mentorship experience or willingness to mentor junior attorneys
Background in corporate and real estate law
