Drive the recruiting process by sourcing, cold calling, and engaging with top candidates
Manage the full cycle of recruiting: prospecting, relationship-building, interviewing, and placing candidates
Partner with clients in manufacturing to understand their needs and deliver staffing solutions
Consistently meet and exceed performance goals while growing your candidate and client networks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (internships count)
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities
Track record of exceeding goals, handling rejection, and staying motivated
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
