Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable Java applications and microservices using frameworks such as Spring Boot
Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency and automation
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate application build, testing, and deployment processes
Utilize and integrate core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, and EKS to build cloud-native solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues across development, staging, and production environments
Optimize AWS resource utilization for performance, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence

Required

12+ years of Experience
Proven experience as a Java Developer with strong knowledge of core Java and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Strong experience with the Spring framework, especially Spring Boot, for building microservices and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in Terraform for automating AWS infrastructure provisioning and management
Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines, specifically using GitHub Actions
Familiarity with essential AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, and EKS (Kubernetes)
Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS)
Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and experience with AWS RDS
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
