Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable front-end applications across our HR and payroll platform
Own front-end architecture for key areas, with a focus on long-term maintainability and scalability
Build and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and front-end frameworks
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams from concept through release
Translate wireframes, prototypes, and product concepts into polished, intuitive, user-centered interfaces
Champion code quality through testing, debugging, peer reviews, and best practices
Actively contribute to architecture and build reviews, helping raise the technical bar across the team
Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and apply them thoughtfully to improve performance, usability, and scalability
Support the development and integration of AI-driven features and intelligent user experiences
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and contemporary web tooling
A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, with experience building from wireframes and design mockups
Proven experience delivering responsive, accessible, production-grade web applications
Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think both creatively and strategically
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you're comfortable partnering across teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Experience using Figma or similar design tools
Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling
Experience with version control tools such as Git or P4V
Exposure to C# and .NET environments
Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows, automation, or intelligent UI patterns
Flutter experience for cross-platform development
Interest in or prior exposure to SaaS, HR technology, or payroll systems
