Responsibilities
Supporting litigation attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day case management
Handling electronic filings in state and federal courts
Preparing pleadings and legal documents
Managing case files and maintaining organization
Scheduling meetings, hearings, and case deadlines
Assisting with discovery, trial prep, and trial support
Coordinating travel, logistics, and firm events
Interacting professionally with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders
Anticipating attorney and case needs before they arise
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in litigation (ideal, not rigid)
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
Comfort with legal technology and eagerness to learn new systems
Clear, proactive communication style
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
A team-oriented mindset with the confidence to speak up and share ideas
Preferred
Some paralegal experience is a plus—but above all, they're looking for the right person, not just a resume
