Identify and engage business owners in storm-impacted regions, by providing tools (CRM, Cold Call, Email outreach, Social Media, Knocking on Businesses, and other provided software)
Conduct professional property inspections to identify qualifying storm damage (comprehensive training provided)
Guide business owners through the insurance restoration process using our proven methods
Manage a pipeline of commercial projects from initial inspection to signed agreements
Qualification
Required
Motivated Business Development Manager
Experience in consultative sales & business development
Experience in direct field operations
Understanding of insurance & claims knowledge
Experience in project management & construction
High-performance leadership background
Customer service excellence
5 Years in Sales (Inside/outside Sales)
2 Years of cold prospecting (Cold Calling, Door knocking, Relentless Follow-Up)
