Responsibilities

Manage case files and client communications with professionalism and attention to detail
Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related legal documents
Assist attorneys with trial and deposition preparation
Conduct discovery and organize evidence and case documentation
Support the legal team with day-to-day case management and workflow

Qualification

Required

A client-focused professional who communicates with care, discretion, and professionalism
A highly organized and detail-oriented paralegal who manages case files, deadlines, and documentation efficiently
A strong legal drafter capable of preparing motions, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
A collaborative team member who works closely with attorneys and staff to support case strategy and daily operations
A proactive and reliable contributor who assists with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation through thorough organization and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, team-oriented environment

Preferred

Prior experience as a paralegal in family law or a related legal field
