Responsibilities
Provide scholarship and financial aid support to undergraduate students
Completing administrative tasks related to federal, state, and college offered financial aid
Posting aid and resolving issues inhibiting student eligibility or the release of aid
Advise and educate students about scholarship eligibility, disbursement, and renewal
Coordinate data for various financial aid programs
Hold regular office hours in the CORD 4 days a week and Financial Aid Office 1 day per week
Adjust office hours location during peak times to best support students
Create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others
Qualification
Required
The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two years of experience in program administration or a related area
At least one year of experience in student financial aid or a related area
Preferred
At least two years of administration experience in higher education
Experience with enrollment or student record management program (Blackbaud, Slate, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Demonstrated commitment to positive customer service
Proof of Veteran Status
