Handle procurement of goods and services across multiple categories
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and align sourcing strategies
Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Support audits and reporting requirements related to procurement activities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
