Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop staff through ongoing feedback and technical guidance

Oversee engagement execution to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time, on-budget delivery

Identify engagement risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies

Manage engagement lifecycle including fee quotes, planning, staffing, budgets, and approvals

Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor

Streamline administrative workflows and delegate effectively

Identify cross-selling and service expansion opportunities

Participate in networking, community, and business development activities

Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and professional standards

Required

6+ years of public accounting experience

Strong technical expertise across federal, state, and local tax matters

Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and tax/accounting software

Preferred

CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
