Responsibilities
Lead monthly and quarterly sales forecasts in collaboration with regional leadership
Analyze sales vs. budget, prior year, surface trends, risks, and opportunities
Support region- and branch-level forecast reviews with insights on sales mix, margin, and pricing dynamics
Monitor pipelines and backlog to evaluate conversion rates, quoting activity, and execution gaps
Partner with sales and operational leaders to identify key performance drivers
Deliver insights on both leading and lagging sales indicators
Contribute to the enhancement of sales reporting, dashboards, and performance tools
Support upgrades to KPIs, scorecards, and sales rhythm reporting
Act as the primary FP&A partner for an assigned region
Translate complex datasets into clear, concise, business-ready recommendations for leadership
Support strategic initiatives with analytical rigor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles
Experience supporting a sales organization (industrial distribution preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Proven planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, etc.) are a plus
Power BI experience strongly preferred
