Responsibilities
Manage litigation calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
Draft, proof, and file pleadings in state and federal courts
Prepare, serve, and track discovery and non-party subpoenas
Manage large-scale e-discovery, Bates stamping, and production logs
Coordinate hearings, depositions, and mediations
Prepare electronic hearing and trial binders
Assist with trial preparation
Cite-check and ensure compliance with Bluebook rules
Draft retainer agreements and closing statements
Bill time and notarize documents as needed
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
Support HR and internal processes
Open and close matters in the case management system
Enter and track payments and maintain daily logs
Support overall office operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience as a commercial litigation paralegal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Strong technology skills and comfort with litigation support tools
Excellent judgment and ability to perform under pressure
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
