Responsibilities

Serve as the functional lead for Workday HCM and Core Compensation during launch activities
Lead design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment support
Provide architectural guidance to ensure alignment with Workday best practices
Support Launch Express methodology efforts and future launch-related initiatives
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Qualification

Workday HCMWorkday Core CompensationWorkday certificationsStakeholder communicationSolution design skills

Required

Proven experience leading Workday HCM implementations or launch projects
Strong hands-on expertise in: Workday HCM
Strong hands-on expertise in: Workday Core Compensation
Relevant Workday certifications (HCM required)
Ability to work independently in a part-time leadership capacity
Strong stakeholder communication and solution design skills
