Responsibilities
Design and implement Oracle FCCS solutions
Translate accounting and close requirements into scalable FCCS application designs
Configure consolidation rules, eliminations, currency translation, journals, and close workflows
Lead data integration, automation, and validation activities
Plan and execute testing cycles, including reconciliation and user acceptance testing
Coordinate project tasks and contribute to solution demos and client presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience with Oracle FCCS or similar consolidation platforms
Strong understanding of consolidation and close processes, including intercompany, multi-currency, and ownership structures
Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration tools
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Prior experience with HFM or other legacy consolidation systems is a plus
