Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications, APIs, or services
Fine-tune and optimize models (performance, accuracy, latency, cost)
Develop RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines using vector databases and embeddings
Design data pipelines, preprocessing logic, and evaluation frameworks for training and inference
Build monitoring systems to track model performance, hallucination rates, cost, drift, uptime, and usage
Evaluate emerging AI models, technologies, and platforms; recommend adoption paths
Provide technical leadership on model selection, platform architecture, and scaling approaches
Contribute to internal knowledge repositories, coding best practices, and AI enablement playbooks
Partner with internal teams (security, infrastructure, product, engineering) to integrate LLM solutions into business workflows
Mentor junior or non-technical team members on working with LLM capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning -OR- equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in software engineering or applied machine learning
Proficiency with Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
Experience with deploying and managing large-scale AI systems in cloud environments
Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions
