Responsibilities
Monitor compliance with QSR, GMP, and ISO standards across product lifecycle
Direct complex supplier and internal audits to assess Quality Management Systems
Liaise with Divisions and Suppliers to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
Lead investigation processes for audit-related issues and implement resolutions
Develop continuous improvement initiatives and best practices for supplier quality enhancement
Execute and oversee the audit plan, managing escalations effectively
Support leadership during regulatory audits, both internal and external
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical Field
Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or drug combination products
Expertise in design controls and risk management compliance (QSR/GMP/ISO)
3 years of management experience
Preferred
Experience in recall management
