Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team, responsible for ensuring smooth office operations and supporting property teams with essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to property and department teams to ensure efficient daily operations
Assist with sales, leasing, purchase processing, and new tenant onboarding
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
Prepare, scan, copy, file, and organize documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain records and data, ensuring information is up-to-date and well-organized
Create, update, and manage spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
Support daily office operations and assist with special projects as assigned
Learn and utilize internal software systems, including ARC and Vantaca
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Professional and effective communication skills via email and phone
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Willingness and ability to learn new software and systems
Preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience with ARC and/or Vantaca
Previous administrative or property management experience
