Responsibilities

Lead the team 30% and contribute 70% hands-on coding, including reviewing and improving team code quality
Develop and customize solutions using Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configurations
Build and optimize triggers, SOQL queries, and REST API integrations within Salesforce
Design scalable solutions to handle large data volumes and ensure platform performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and Salesforce architecture
Support implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience with Financial Services Cloud is a strong plus
