Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications
Architect and develop scalable Microservices using Spring Boot
Design and implement RESTful APIs
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
Mentor developers and guide technical decision-making
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall experience in Java development
Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Extensive experience building and consuming REST APIs
Strong understanding of Java 8+, multithreading, and core Java concepts
Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication and leadership skills
