Administrative Assistant
Xylinx is a boutique advisory firm specializing in transaction advisory services and financial due diligence. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to execute various administrative and accounting functions to enhance productivity and organization for the company.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Onboard client accounts and maintain updated information
Send documentation requests as assigned
Generate, send, track, and reconcile engagement letters, invoices, and payments
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor statement reconciliations
Provide calendar support and coordinate meetings involving multiple time zones
Schedule and arrange travel for upper executives and owners as needed
Draft professional agendas, reports, emails, and presentations
Support on other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable with working remote but the ability to work in a hybrid environment
Ability to multi-task and maintain a calm and solution-oriented approach
Preferred
Associate's degree in accounting is preferred but not required
