Sales and Business Development Manager
Talentuition is a leading national Professional Employer Organization (PEO) seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The role focuses on B2B sales, building relationships, developing new clients, and managing a small team while overseeing the Scottsdale Division office.

Responsibilities
Drive new PEO sales for the National Alliance Sales Division
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
Represent the company at national conventions, conferences, tradeshows, and other corporate-sponsored events
Manage and support team members across marketing campaigns, sales projects, and national partnerships
Oversee the National Alliance Sales Division Office, ensuring efficient operations and administration
Serve as a brand ambassador, building relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in B2B strategic service sales (PEO, payroll, recruiting, insurance, or franchise sales a plus)
Bachelor's degree required (Master's a plus)
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM/sales prospecting tools, and social media platforms
Energetic, self-starter who thrives in a merit-based, non-micromanaged environment
Must be willing and able to travel to represent the firm at corporate events, including national conventions, conferences, and tradeshows
