Outside Sales Representative - Central East (DC, DE, IN, KY, MD, MI, OH, PA, VA, WV)

Avanti International is an industry-leading company of injection grouts, seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to manage accounts in the Central East U.S. region. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to provide product expertise and solutions for stabilizing soil and rock, controlling groundwater, and stopping water leaks.

Responsibilities

Travel a minimum of 60% within the Central East territory to support sales activities and build or strengthen customer relationships
Implement effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue by identifying and fulfilling customer needs and special requests
Respond promptly to customer needs and provide practical solutions
Track and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with internal departments including Logistics, Production, Customer Service, and Marketing
Conduct training sessions on company products and applications
Participate in industry events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Maintain accurate lead and customer records through the company CRM
Utilize online project lead generation tools to identify viable projects and share opportunities with customers or prospects
Provide comprehensive sales and field service support for awarded projects
Engage with customers to assess project requirements and deliver necessary technical assistance or service
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Experience in construction, construction-related or technical sales is a plus
Some college or technical coursework is helpful but not required
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving year-over-year growth while maintaining budget
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, sales, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must reside within the assigned sales territory (e.g., DC, DE, IN, KY, MD, MI, OH, PA, VA, WV)
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
Willingness to travel a minimum of 60%

Preferred

Outside B2B sales and territory management experience calling on contractors, engineers, or distributors within civil, geotechnical, or construction markets is preferred but not required; training is provided
