Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with potential candidates
Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating documentation and scheduling orientation sessions
Assist clients of Nexodus in their recruitment needs, providing administrative support to their hiring processes
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
Must be a current college Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, majoring in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
