Manager, S&OP

Responsibilities
Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly S&OP requirements
Report sales forecasts and adjust break-point for new materials based on availability
Lead and adjust break-pointing material and report sales forecasts
Work with STTAS to support Country of Origin & Manufacturing Affidavit status for customer products
Establish and maintain robust communication channels with all customers
Facilitate SCM activities from LGE manufacturing plants to customers
Join sales and LGE meetings to provide updates and support PMs when needed
Negotiate with customers and Tier 1 suppliers
Supply required materials to customers through outsourced W/H
Adjust shipment plans based on material status (including PPAP approval)
Issue purchase orders for production MVB parts
Provide SCM solutions to OEMs to resolve material/part number mismatches
Manage expedite orders and resolve delivery issues/chargebacks with customers
Track inbound shipments using FNS reports and confirm JIT POs
Reconcile CUM (shipment vs. order) and analyze data for management meetings
Apply EWO results to material supply plan and provide material contingency plans as needed
Responsible for Air Shipments
Provide shipment-related documents to internal and external customers
Approve/reject packaging specifications from LGE plants
Scrub obsolescence with customers and file valid claims
Provide estimated and actual revenue reports to LGEHQ
Overview and determine relevant material labels for all customers for W/H team
Support multiple OEMs' production material movement from LGEVH/VR to W/H
Provide SCM solutions to address mismatches between materials and part numbers
Join customer-LGE sales meetings as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years in S&OP, supply chain management, or operations planning within automotive, electronics, or manufacturing environments
People management experience
Demonstrated experience working with OEMs and Tier‑1 customers
Organized and detail focused in communications and process documentation
Ability to problem solve complex customer & supplier issues to be a part of the solution
Experience on people management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of ERP, MRP
Preferred
Bilingual in Korean
Experience in manufacturing environments & OEM supply chain role (S&OP, Demand planning, Supply Planning)
