Responsibilities
Design and implement durable, long-running agent workflows capable of handling retries, failures, and verification cycles
Build orchestration logic that coordinates AI agents operating across secure, isolated execution environments
Develop system-level context models that allow agents to reason about software dependencies, impact analysis, and compliance boundaries
Implement intelligent data-retrieval pipelines that selectively retain high-signal operational data while minimizing noise
Ensure all automated actions produce auditable, traceable records suitable for regulated environments
Qualification
Required
Experience building agentic systems that manage state, tools, and multi-step execution
Strong understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous workflows
Ability to reason about software dependency graphs and system-level impact
Comfort working with legacy systems and regulated environments
Python (production-grade, object-oriented systems)
Workflow orchestration (Temporal, Cadence, Airflow, or similar)
Event-driven systems (Kafka or equivalent)
Graph & relational data modeling
Vector search / embedding-based retrieval
Preferred
Experience with isolated execution environments or sandboxed runtimes
Background in large-scale system modernization
Financial services or compliance-driven domains
