Administrative Assistant HR and Office Support
Home Instead is a compassionate company dedicated to supporting caregivers and helping seniors live safely at home. They are seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of the office and provide key support to Care Professionals and the leadership team.

Responsibilities
Be the friendly first point of contact — answer phones, greet visitors, and manage emails
Support HR functions including onboarding, compliance tracking, and file management
Assist caregivers and clients by routing questions and concerns to the right team members
Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications
Keep digital and paper records organized and up to date
Help coordinate employee recognition programs, office events, and team-building activities
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
2+ years of administrative experience with HR duties preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Ability to work full-time in-office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Experience in administrative support or HR (healthcare or senior care experience is a plus!)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, people-centered environment
Positive attitude and passion for supporting caregivers and families
