Responsibilities
Assist Project Team in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
Monitor progress and update the internal team & external stakeholders
Maintain accurate project records, including purchase orders and regulatory documentation
Helps to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards (AS9100, FAA, EASA, etc.)
Lead 1st-level communication towards the customer
Act as a liaison between engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams
Assist in resource allocation and procurement coordination
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
4+ years in project administration or coordination, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality requirements
Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulations and quality standards (e.g., AS9100)
Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
