Assist with logging correspondence received through multiple channels into servicing systems
Ability to work and navigate through several different systems and applications
Business writing experience
Flexible and willingness to adapt to change
Microsoft Office proficient
Mortgage servicing experience (2+ years)
Responsible for logging and tracking of complaints and social media reviews
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines
Utilizes knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and escrow; RESPA and FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)
